Autumn Greetings! I want to take the next couple of posts to share what our family is doing to get the fall season kicked off. I’ll begin today with one of our favorite fall family traditions- The Pumpkin Patch! We like to go on opening day, which was last Saturday. We had just come from Wilton’s soccer game so he and Joel were sporting their uniforms (Joel was coach last weekend). Enjoy scrolling through the pictures!
Earlier in the week, I potted mums and pansies for my front porch. As eager as I am each fall to get pumpkins out, I make myself wait until we go to the pumpkin patch because we get a free pumpkin with each admission. We bring home five pumpkins every year! And this year, I was delighted to see they offered white pumpkins too, so we got a nice mix. As soon as we got home, I placed the pumpkins around the front porch to mark off another item on my fall bucket list.
Now that we’ve covered some outdoor fall activities, my next post will go inside the house for some baking and decorating! Here’s a sneak peak-fall flowers my sweet hubsand brought me.
I hope your fall season is already full of blessings!
